DealStack is software operated by GVL.AI (Elias Gouvelis) that assists in preparing commercial proposals. These terms apply to anyone who signs in and uses it.
Access granted for demonstration, evaluation or judging is provided free of charge, on a shared demonstration environment, with no guarantee of availability, retention or support. Do not put confidential or personal data into a demonstration environment.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what is done under your sign-in. Do not share access with people who are not entitled to it.
Do not use DealStack to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to gain access to data belonging to another organisation. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Documents and data you put into DealStack remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process them in order to run the service for you.
DealStack produces prices, text and documents using automated systems, including large language models. Its output is a draft for a human to review. It can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything the system produces before you rely on it, send it to a customer, or enter into a contract on the strength of it. GVL.AI accepts no liability for commercial decisions taken on unreviewed output.
We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw it.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, GVL.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the law of the Hellenic Republic, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
