DealStack is operated by GVL.AI (Elias Gouvelis). Questions about this policy or about your data: elias@gouvelis.com.
DealStack uses Google Sign-In. When you sign in, Google gives us your email address, your name and your profile picture. That is all we receive. We request no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service, and we cannot read them.
We use your email address to identify your account, to decide what you are allowed to see, and to attribute actions you take in the application to you. We do not use it for marketing. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
DealStack stores the business documents you or your organisation put into it — requests for proposal, pricing data, generated proposals — and a log of actions taken on them. This content belongs to your organisation. It is kept separated per organisation and is not used to train any model.
Data is held in a database on infrastructure controlled by GVL.AI or, for customers who choose it, on the customer's own server. Access is limited to GVL.AI personnel who need it to operate and support the service.
DealStack sends the text of documents it is processing to a large language model provider (Google Gemini) to generate its output. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own terms. Google Sign-In is likewise governed by Google's privacy policy. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Account and business data is kept for as long as the account is active. When an account is closed, or on request, we delete it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to elias@gouvelis.com and we will act within 30 days. You can also revoke DealStack's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We set one session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
